7-11便利店母公司柒和伊控股9月1日发布声明称，已将约30家公司出售给贝恩资本，包括统管柒和伊超市业务的约克控股、约克红丸和生活杂货店LOFT等。据柒和伊控股3月公布的消息，出售额超过8000亿日元（约合人民币388亿元）。
