9月1日，科达制造（600499）发布公告，第一大股东梁桐灿解除质押股份4490万股，占其所持股份的11.99%及公司总股本的2.34%；截至公告披露日，梁桐灿累计质押股份为2.18亿股，占其所持股份的58.11%及公司总股本的11.35%。
2025年中期，科达制造实现收入81.88亿元，归母净利润7.45亿元。
