格隆汇9月1日丨祥和实业(603500.SH)公布，近日与中原利达铁路轨道技术发展有限公司（简称“中原利达”）签订了若干项合同，公司与中原利达签订了《铁路扣件系统零部件买卖合同》（合同号：ZLJY-CG-2025-001-01、ZLJY-CG-2025-001-02、ZLJY-CG-2025-001-03、ZLJY-CG-2025-001-04、ZLJY-CG-2025-001-05）。上述合同总价人民币39,953.52万元。
