目前，吉林省降雨过程基本结束，江河水势平稳。经与省气象、水利部门会商研判，根据《吉林省防汛防台风应急预案》相关规定，吉林省防指决定于9月1日17时终止防汛四级应急响应。同时，吉林省防指请各级防指密切监视天气和江河水情变化，强化会商研判、监测预警、隐患排查、指挥调度等各项措施，继续做好防汛工作。
