上海盛夏8月最后一个周末：
新房成交量1549套，环比前一周上涨224%；
二手房成交量2013套，环比上涨22%；
整体成交量3562套，环比上涨67%。
自从新政开始，上海楼市在盛夏低谷期“焕发容光”。这个成交量放在平时也算比较高的。所以能看出这次新政确实很给力啦。
