今天是青岛市中小学的开学日，又恰逢周一早高峰，双重交通压力叠加之下，不少人原本担心学校周边会陷入严重拥堵。不过，记者在南京路小学、宁夏路小学及周边多所幼儿园等学校密集分布的路段实地观察发现，仅个别格外狭窄的道路在早高峰时段出现了短时拥堵，整体通行状况远比预期中顺畅。
