财联社8月29日电，金地集团发布2025年半年度报告。通过聚焦主业，轻重并举，积极修复经营动能，金地半年实现营收156.78亿元，签约面积125.4万平方米，签约金额171.5亿。在以现金流为核心的经营策略引领下，金地集团今年上半年按时足额兑付了“22金地MTN001”和“20金地MTN001B”两笔中期票据本息。截至报告期末，金地有息负债余额约697亿元，其中98.5%为银行借款，融资结构有所改善。
