财联社8月29日电，据广东发布，据广州市公安机关交通管理部门《广州市电动自行车登记办法》和《广州市专用号牌电动自行车管理办法》，于9月1日起正式施行，有效期均为5年。这两项新规明确了电动自行车登记管理的具体要求，并对从事外卖、快递等7类民生服务行业单位的电动自行车核发专用号牌。
