近日，奥克兰有着近20年历史的老牌饭店——新世界海鲜酒家（Sun World Chinese Restaurant）宣布停止营业。

据知情人士表示，这次的关停与商业物业出售以及新房东的重新规划有关，是否重新营业要与新房东谈判之后才会有结果。

新世界海鲜酒家位于Newmarket Khyper Pass Road主路上，从2006年营业至今，主营广式早茶以及海鲜粤菜。 是不少新老移民的共同回忆。
