北京商报讯（记者 张君花）8月28日，安正时尚发布公告称，因与陈克川解除婚姻关系，根据生效的《离婚协议书》，郑秀萍将获得陈克川持有的公司10.64%（4140.63万股）股份。此次变动后，郑秀萍持有公司股份4140.63万股，占公司总股本的10.64%。陈克川将不再持有公司股份，且与郑秀萍等一致行动人的关系解除。未来12个月内，郑秀萍没有增减持计划。
