天津市规划和自然资源局网站发布《（东丽区）金茂28号地新建中学项目建筑工程设计方案总平面图公示》。
公示信息显示，东丽区柳岚路与方山道交口，将新建一所中学，总用地面积为23873.41㎡，建筑面积为19568.75㎡。设24个班，可提供1080个学位。据悉，此校为上东金茂智慧科学城与天津市第二十中学合作签约。
