8月25日，鞍钢股份（000898/00347）发布公告，张红军申请辞去公司执行董事、总经理及战略委员会委员职务；邓强申请辞去公司副总经理职务。
辞任后，张红军和邓强将不在公司及公司控股子公司担任职务。
2025年一季度，鞍钢股份实现收入250.79亿元，归母净利润-5.54亿元。
