8月26日，禅城挂牌了位于季华路沿线一宗占地逾1万㎡的商服地，地块起拍价10221万元，拟将于9月25日进行网拍。
根据出让文件显示，宗地总占地面积10213.33㎡，容积率不高于5，绿地率不低于25%，土地用途为商业用地、商务用地和娱乐康体用地，宗地动工时限1年，竣工时限为3年。
从宗地位置来看，该地块就位于禅西板块，地处季华西路沿线，靠近海湾城，周边还开发有大华紫樾府、智慧新城、中海凤凰熙岸等。
