格隆汇8月25日丨兴发集团(600141.SH)公布，为满足保康楚烽经营发展需要，提高整体运营能力和综合竞争力，促进公司可持续发展，公司拟对保康楚烽增资8.35亿元，其中保康楚烽未分配利润转增注册资本3.35亿元，公司以自有资金向保康楚烽增资5亿元。本次增资完成后，保康楚烽的注册资本将变更为10亿元。
