新京报贝壳财经讯 8月25日，百傲化学发布公告称，公司董事会收到刘海龙、刘松的书面辞职报告。刘海龙因个人身体原因辞去总经理职务，将继续担任公司董事及首席顾问；刘松因个人原因辞去董事职务，将继续担任公司副总经理。二人辞职后，将继续按照相关法律规定管理其持有的公司股票。
