江丰电子8月23日在互动平台表示，目前公司高纯金属溅射靶材及半导体精密零部件的产能利用率良好。本次定增募集资金拟主要用于年产5,100个集成电路设备用静电吸盘产业化项目和年产12，300个超大规模集成电路用超高纯金属溅射靶材产业化项目等。
