格隆汇8月22日丨建设机械(600984.SH)公布，公司拟与郑州恒达智控科技股份有限公司（以下简称“恒达智控”）共同出资设立合资公司陕西陕煤恒达智控科技有限公司（以下简称“合资公司”）。
合资公司拟定注册资本为人民币10,000万元，公司与恒达智控分别以货币方式认缴出资人民币5,100万元、4,900万元，分别持有合资公司51%和49%的股权。
