眼下，正是南瓜新鲜上市时节。8月22日，在金山区金山卫镇星火村，村民周阿姨正在用刚从园子里采摘的南瓜制作南瓜饼。
新鲜的南瓜削皮烧熟，与糯米粉等食材混合，揉成团后分成小块，包上豆沙或芝麻等馅料，放入锅中煎至两面金黄，出锅甜而不腻，是沪郊常做的时令美味。
