8月16日晚，王心凌在演唱会上透露，自己前一晚（15日）在北京五棵松体育馆演唱会后下台狂吐，然后紧急送医并连夜输液。
由于第二天还得连续开唱，王心凌16日当天只能喝白粥和白吐司，她表示工作人员怕她唱着唱着没力气，还拿着白吐司在台下准备，但自己状态还OK。
