当地时间8月21日晚，北京时间今天（8月22日）上午10点16分左右，位于南美洲与南极洲之间的德雷克海峡地区发生强震。美国地质调查局地震信息网刚刚将这次地震的震级从之前测量的8.0级下调至7.5级，震源深度10.8千米。美国海啸预警系统表示暂无海啸预警。
