吉林省水利厅和吉林省气象局8月21日10时45分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计今天白天至22日白天，吉林市本级、舒兰市、蛟河市、桦甸市、磐石市、永吉县、九台区、伊通县、东丰县、东辽县、梅河口市、敦化市、汪清县可能发生山洪灾害，省水利厅、省气象局联合提醒，注意防范。
