据中国地震台网微信公众号消息，据中国地震台网正式测定，8月21日1时52分在西藏日喀则市仲巴县发生3.1级地震，震源深度10公里，震中位于北纬29.59度，东经83.99度。
基础背景
震中地形：震中5公里范围内平均海拔约4569米。
历史地震：根据中国地震台网速报目录，震中周边200公里内近5年来发生3级以上地震共8次，最大地震是2023年10月22日在尼泊尔发生的5.0级地震（距离本次震中211公里），历史地震分布如图。
