据@中国天气网微博消息，今年第12号台风“玲玲”（热带风暴级，英文名：LINGLING；名字来源：中国香港；名字意义：女孩儿名）已于8月21日上午生成，8时前后其中心位于距离日本鹿儿岛西偏北方向约125公里的洋面上。预计“玲玲”将以每小时5至10公里的速度向东偏南方向缓慢移动，强度变化不大。
