当地时间8月19日，俄罗斯国防部发布消息称，俄军图-95MS远程战略轰炸机在日本海中立水域上空进行了巡航飞行。据介绍，本次飞行时长超过6小时，俄军苏-35S和苏-30SM战机提供护航。
俄国防部称，俄军战机定期在太平洋、北冰洋、黑海和波罗的海大西洋中立水域上空进行巡航飞行，飞行过程严格遵守国际空域使用规则。（总台记者 张誉耀）
