人民财讯8月19日电，8月19日，软银集团与英特尔公司宣布签署最终证券购买协议。根据协议，软银将以每股23美元的价格认购英特尔普通股，总投资额达20亿美元。该交易需满足惯例成交条件。
据介绍，软银的投资是基于英特尔的长期愿景，即通过加速布局支持数字化转型、云计算及下一代基础设施的先进技术，实现人工智能变革。
