8月18日(周一)，美国农业部(USDA)在每周作物生长报告中公布称，截至2025年8月17日当周，美棉现蕾率为97%，前周为93%，上年同期为98%，五年均值为98%。美棉结铃率为73%，前周为65%，上年同期为83%，五年均值为80%。美棉盛铃率为13%，前周为8%，上年同期为18%，五年均值为16%。美棉优良率为55%，前周为53%，上年同期为42%。
