智通财经APP讯，华控康泰(01312)公布，于2025年8月18日，同方药业(公司的直接全资附属公司)与北京清控订立北京建筑合约，据此同方药业同意委聘北京清控作为总承包商以进行北京研发综合楼项目的建筑工程，估计合约价为约人民币3367.24万元(可予调整)。
