近日，天津一小区多位业主反映，某楼栋一楼一住户深夜砌墙，疑似将大堂200平米公共位置占为己有。河西区住建委表示是否违规取决于房屋最初设计，8月18日上午，该小区物业告诉记者一楼该处新增墙体已拆除完毕。
