In the streets of Hannam-dong, Seoul, JiyongKim's first flagship store is like an unpolished work of art, transforming the brand's iconic sun-bleaching process into a tangible spatial language. One-aftr Architecture uses "Finished, Finish" as its design philosophy, making this townhouse, which has undergone iterations of residential, retail, and office, a three-dimensional narrative space that tells the brand's spirit and human warmth while retaining the traces of time.

在首尔汉南洞的街巷肌理中，JiyongKim 首家旗舰店如一件未经雕琢的时光艺术品，将品牌标志性的日光漂白工艺转化为可触摸的空间语言。one-aftr 建筑事务所以 “Finished, Finish” 为设计哲思，让这座历经住宅、零售、办公迭代的联排建筑，在保留岁月痕迹的同时，成为诉说品牌精神与人文温度的立体叙事场。

Push open the door, and the space begins a dialogue about time. The mottled walls retain the marks of successive users, and the uneven ceiling exposes the original structure. The uncovered cement texture, fine cracks and faded marks, like the annual rings of the building, silently tell the transformation process from residential to commercial space. Modular display fixtures and vertical support structures intervene in a light manner. The cold lines of the metal frame form a sharp contrast with the warm and rough original wall, but they coexist harmoniously in function - the former provides a simple background for clothing display, and the latter becomes the best footnote to the brand's "imperfection is perfection" concept. When the fingertips run across the concave and convex texture of the wall, it seems to touch the fragments of life that happened here in the past years, and the sunlight shines on the clothes through the high windows, allowing the natural texture of the fabric and the original texture of the space to complete a silent resonance.

推开门扉，空间便展开一场关于时间的对话。斑驳的墙面保留着历任使用者的印记， uneven 的天花板裸露着原始结构，那些未被覆盖的水泥肌理、细微的裂缝与褪色的痕迹，如同建筑的年轮，默默诉说着从住宅到商业空间的蜕变历程。模块化展具与垂直支撑结构以轻盈姿态介入，金属框架的冷峻线条与原始墙面的温润粗糙形成鲜明对比，却又在功能上和谐共生 —— 前者为服装陈列提供了简洁背景，后者则成为品牌 “不完美即完美” 理念的最佳注脚。当指尖划过墙面的凹凸质感，仿佛能触碰到过往岁月里在此发生的生活片段，而阳光透过高窗洒在衣物上，让面料的自然肌理与空间的原始质感完成一场无声的共鸣。

Natural light is the most flexible designer of space. It composes light and shadow variations on undecorated surfaces with the rhythm of the rising and setting of the sun and the setting of the moon. In the early morning, the oblique sunlight passes through the glass windows, casting geometric light spots on the concrete floor, illuminating the floating dust in the air, and coating the displayed clothes with a soft golden edge; in the afternoon, the light becomes blazing, and after filtering through the semi-transparent gauze curtains, it leaves a hazy halo on the bleached fabrics, echoing the brand's exploration of the role of sunlight; at dusk, the indoor lights are lit up one after another, and the warm yellow light forms a warm confrontation with the cold gray of the wall, making every look in front of the mirror in the fitting room bring a sense of relaxation like returning home. This change of light and shadow that flows with time is just like the natural wear and tear of the brand's clothing over the years, integrating the concept of "time creates beauty" into every moment of the space.

自然光是空间最灵动的设计师，它以日升月落为节奏，在未加修饰的 surfaces 上谱写光影变奏曲。清晨，斜射的阳光穿过玻璃窗，在水泥地面投下窗格的几何光斑，照亮空气中浮动的微尘，为陈列的服装镀上一层柔和的金边；午后，光线变得炽烈，透过半透纱帘过滤后，在漂白处理的面料上留下朦胧的光晕，呼应品牌对日光作用的探索；黄昏时分，室内灯光次第亮起，暖黄的光线与墙面的冷灰形成温情对峙，让试衣间里的每一次镜前审视都带着归家般的松弛感。这种随时间流动的光影变化，恰如品牌服装在岁月中形成的自然磨损，将 “时间造就美” 的理念融入空间的每一个瞬间。

The space is not filled with over-designed commercial symbols, but rather balances retail functions and emotional experiences with the wisdom of "leaving blank space". The planning of display racks and traffic lines is concise and restrained, which not only meets the practicality of clothing display, but also reserves the freedom for customers to stop and feel. The fitting room is hidden between the original wall and the newly added partition. The soft touch of the fabric curtain eliminates the alienation of the commercial space, making the fitting process a private self-dialogue. The rest area in the corner has no gorgeous decorations. It is only composed of a wooden table and a few rattan chairs, but it has become a warm corner for customers and store clerks to communicate design concepts. The sun stays here for a particularly long time, as if to add a golden edge of time to every conversation about fabrics and craftsmanship. The skylight from the roof shines through the skylight, illuminating the cotton wool floating in the air, making the process of selecting clothes a gentle encounter with nature and self.

空间没有被过度设计的商业符号填满，反而以 “留白” 的智慧平衡了零售功能与情感体验。展架与动线的规划简洁而克制，既满足了服装陈列的实用性，又为顾客预留了驻足感受的自由。试衣间隐藏在原始墙面与新增隔断之间，布艺门帘的柔软触感消解了商业空间的疏离感，让试穿过程成为一场私密的自我对话。角落的休息区没有华丽的装饰，仅以一张原木桌与几把藤椅构成，却成为顾客与店员交流设计理念的温暖角落，阳光在此处停留得格外长久，仿佛为每一次关于面料、工艺的交谈镀上时光的金边。屋顶的天光透过天窗洒落，照亮空气中飘动的棉絮，让挑选服装的过程成为一场与自然、与自我的温柔邂逅。

From the exposed architectural texture to the flowing natural light, from the restrained functional layout to the traces of time, this flagship store has always fulfilled the brand's promise of dialogue with time. It is not only a place to sell clothes, but also a space where the authenticity of materials and humanistic memories can grow freely - here, every crack is a medal of time, every ray of light is a gift from nature, and every piece of clothing on display becomes a life carrier that connects people and time, craftsmanship and emotions in such an atmosphere.

从裸露的建筑肌理到流动的自然光线，从克制的功能布局到岁月的痕迹留存，这家旗舰店始终践行着品牌与时间对话的承诺。它不仅是销售服装的场所，更是一个让材质本真与人文记忆自由生长的空间 —— 在这里，每一道裂痕都是时光的勋章，每一缕光线都是自然的馈赠，而每一件陈列的服装，都在这样的氛围中成为连接人与岁月、工艺与情感的生命载体。
