山东荣成市今天（8月16日）发布情况通报，8月16日4时许，荣成市桃园渔港一辆载装卸人员的面包车离港时坠海，车上共有11人。3人获救生命体征平稳，6人无生命体征，其他2人正在搜救中。事故原因调查、善后处置等工作正在进行中。
