8月15日，国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，因编制或提供虚假的报告、报表、文件，中富保险经纪有限公司第一分公司被处以35万元罚款、在北京地区停止接受商业车险经纪新业务3个月，相关责任人张朋被警告并罚款7万元。
