格隆汇8月15日丨上纬新材(688585.SH)公布，公司近日从 TPI Composites, Inc.（称“TPI”）官方网站获悉，其于2025年8 月11日向美国德克萨斯州南区破产法院自愿申请依据《美国破产法》第11章获得救济，以推动债务重组。TPI 子公司 TPI Mexico, LLC（称“TPI墨西哥”）系公司全资子公司上纬兴业股份有限公司（称“上纬兴业”）的客户。
