人民财讯8月14日电，8月14日晚间，重庆啤酒(600132)发布公告，为满足嘉士伯啤酒（佛山）有限公司（下称“佛山公司”）的经营发展需要，优化其资产负债结构，公司控股子公司嘉士伯重庆啤酒有限公司拟向佛山公司增资6亿元。此次增资完成后，佛山公司注册资本为6.1亿元。
