香港天文台8月14日发布最高级别的黑色暴雨预警信号。
暴雨预警信号为黑色，表示香港广泛地区已录得或预料会有每小时雨量超过70毫米的暴雨，且雨势可能持续。
受恶劣天气影响，香港部分公共服务及活动暂停。香港特区政府民政事务总署已为有需要临时住宿的人士开放临时庇护中心。（总台记者 朱丹）
