吴说获悉，据 The Rage 报道，Google Play Store 推出新政策，要求在包括美国和欧盟在内的 15 个司法辖区发布加密货币钱包应用的开发者必须取得相关牌照，其中在美国需注册为 FinCEN 认定的货币服务业务（MSB）并获得州级资金传输牌照或具备银行牌照，在欧盟则需取得 MiCA 框架下的加密资产服务提供商（CASP）牌照。该要求不区分托管型与非托管型钱包，意味着多数非托管钱包难以满足条件，将被排除在 Google Play Store 之外。
