人民财讯8月13日电，8月13日，中国农业银行发布关于个人消费贷款贴息政策客户关注问题解答。针对如何取得贴息资金，农业银行表示，为简便操作，对符合贴息条件的客户在该行的个人消费贷款进行结息时，该行将按照政策规定的贴息比例、贴息上限计算贴息金额，在收取贷款利息时直接扣减财政贴息资金。
