财联社8月13日电，阿波罗全球管理今日宣布，该公司管理的基金已同意从Triton旗下基金手中收购热交换解决方案制造商凯络文的多数股权，Triton将保留凯络文少数股权。交易金额未披露。预计该交易将于今年四季度至明年一季度之间完成。
