13日上午10点08分，@北京移动10086热线 对此作出回应并致歉：8月13日早间，北京移动少量用户出现无法使用个别APP或小程序的情况。由此给用户造成的不便，我们深表歉意。我们正在积极排查中，尽快逐步恢复。衷心感谢各位网友的关注与监督！
