人民财讯8月12日电，豪能股份(603809)8月12日晚间公告，为加快公司新能源汽车行星减速机构零件、高精密工业行星减速机和机器人用高精密减速机及关节驱动总成等相关产业布局及建设进度，公司拟对重庆豪能传动技术有限公司（简称“重庆豪能”）增资1亿元。增资完成后，重庆豪能仍为公司全资子公司。
