近日，国家金融监督管理总局发布批复，同意无锡市国联发展（集团）有限公司受让红豆集团有限公司持有的无锡锡商银行5亿股股份。受让后，无锡市国联发展（集团）有限公司合计持有该行5亿股股份，持股比例为25％。
