8月10日，北京商报记者获悉，美国鞋履集团Caleres宣布已正式完成对奢侈鞋履品牌Stuart Weitzman的收购。此次交易总额为1.202亿美元，包含现金补偿及其他营运资金调整。Stuart Weitzman以优雅、现代的设计风格广受欢迎，过去12个月销售额达2.2亿美元，是市场中表现稳健的高端鞋履品牌。
