今早（8月12日），广州消防发布“警情通报”称：
2025年8月11日18时01分，市消防救援支队接报番禺区市头中约大道雅居乐花园北苑佰利山一住宅发生火灾，支队指挥中心立即调派辖区消防救援力量赶赴现场，迅速采取内攻灭火与水炮压制方式控制火势，18时45分，现场明火扑灭，无人员伤亡。
