杨家玉用竞走的方式完成了半程马拉松，最终用时1小时39分49秒，排名第八。
杨家玉曾获得过2017年世锦赛女子20公里竞走的冠军，2023年杭州亚运会女子20公里竞走的冠军和2024年巴黎奥运会女子20公里竞走的冠军。
