8月13日，下架11年的麦当劳奶昔将在13座城市的麦当劳“麦麦岛旗舰餐厅”限时回归，包括北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都、南京、杭州、沈阳、天津等。月初，“麦当劳餐厅回应奶昔回归”话题冲上了微博热搜。8月10日，麦当劳上海的一家餐厅内不少麦当劳粉丝一起庆祝奶昔回归。
