8月10日，记者从四川省水文水资源勘测中心获悉，16时，四川省气象台升级发布暴雨黄色预警，按照《四川省水旱灾害防御水文应急测报预案》规定，8月10日16时30分将8月9日17时30分启动的四级水文应急测报响应升级为三级水文应急测报响应。
