按照《防汛抗旱应急预案(2025年修订版)》(豫农文[2025]186号)规定，河南省农业农村厅于8月8日对驻马店市、南阳市终止高温干旱四级应急响应。同时，要求各地持续关注雨情、苗情和墒情，统筹落实追肥促长等田管措施，及时跟进抗旱救灾各种工作，做好防范旱涝急转准备。
