8月8日，界面新闻记者获悉，渣打银行（香港）有限公司与安拟集团及香港电讯成立合资公司Anchorpoint Financial Limited (下称“Anchorpoint”)，目标建立一个专注发行及推广受规管稳定币的商业模式。
Anchorpoint 已于2025年8月1日，即香港《稳定币条例》生效当日，向香港金融管理局正式表达有意申请稳定币发行人牌照。
