8月7日，渤海租赁（000415）公告称，为优化公司债务结构，降低融资成本，公司全资子公司香港渤海租赁资产管理有限公司下属全资子公司Global Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd.拟向Homer Asset Holding Ltd.及Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch申请总计5.5亿美元贷款额度，香港渤海为上述贷款额度提供担保。
