微友：8月5号晚上9点20分左右经过洪洞东街小学的时候，一辆白色轿车不顾路上淋雨打伞的行人，飞驰而过，溅起一米多水花，雨里的臭水烂叶溅人一身，洪洞县城才评为文明县城，请问，这种人的素质何在，真给洪洞人丢人！
