格隆汇8月5日丨民银资本(01141.HK)公告，公司全资附属公司民银投资(香港)已透过牵头经办人认购发行人SND International (BVI) Co., Ltd.发行的债券，而于2023年11月27日，有关指令已获确认且民银投资(香港)已获分配债券，总认购金额为100万美元，总代价为100万美元，不包括交易成本。
于2025年8月5日，民银投资(香港)已于场外交易市场购买本金总额为1000万美元的债券，总代价为约1024.2万美元。
